Sios-e Real Estate Center (SREC) Philippines is based in Cagayan de Oro City in Northern Mindanao. It was established in the City of Cebu in the early 1990s. That time, affordable mass housing was just beginning to explode in Central Visayas with the introduction of Camella Homes projects in a couple of big projects in Mactan and Talisay, Cebu province. 

 

SREC grew with the projects and achieved a high profile status in selling the relatively new concept of owning a house and lot with a minimal downpayment, affordable monthly dues, and hassle-free loan documentation. 

 

Soon after, SREC pioneered the selling of the Camella brand in Cagayan de Oro when the Villar company opened its first project in Northern Mindanao. With the other developers also trying to capture the high and low-end housing markets, SREC expanded its selling operation to include the numerous housing projects in the city and neighboring suburban areas.

 

Today, SREC, under the leadership of its principal broker, Anna Lyn F. Sios-e, continues the legacy of quality and trustworthy services to its satisfied clients.
